Choose a route based on how you use AI tools, work remotely or stream. Platforms may also assess access based on your account region, content licensing and their own policies. Plans don’t include third-party subscriptions or guarantee that content in a particular region will always be available.

Include your system, error message and what you were doing to help identify whether the issue is with the client or the route.

Video quality, file sizes, background syncing and how often you use your devices all affect data consumption. That’s why we don’t convert data allowances into a set number of viewing hours. After using the service for a while, check actual usage in the user panel before deciding whether to change plans.

Select “Choose This Plan” on a plan card to open the user panel. If you don’t have an account yet, create one with a username and password—no email address required. If you already have an account, sign in to keep your new order with the right account and avoid losing track of it.
Confirm the plan name, amount, data allowance and billing type, especially the difference between a monthly plan and a data pack. Follow the checkout instructions to pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. For transfer details, use the information shown on the current order page, not an old order.
After paying, return to the user panel and check your order and plan status, then get the client and subscription details. If the payment service shows the payment as complete but the panel hasn’t confirmed it yet, keep your payment record and check the account before trying again. For help, include your order details in a support ticket.
Submit refund requests through a support ticket in the user panel. Open a ticket and specify that you’re requesting a refund and which order it concerns, so the payment record can be matched to your account plan. Read the Terms of Service for the refund policy. This page doesn’t add any refund processing timeframes or payment method conditions.
Keep the order name, payment record and user panel status. If you’re also having connection issues, you can include your system and the error message, but troubleshooting isn’t a prerequisite for requesting a refund. Don’t send your account password or full subscription URL.

There’s no limit on the number of devices connected at once. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported. All devices share the data allowance of the selected plan; each device does not get a separate allowance.
60-day no-questions-asked refunds. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through a support ticket, specifying the relevant order. Check the refund policy in the Terms of Service before submitting. Follow updates in the same ticket. Don’t send your password or subscription URL in a ticket.
Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. After choosing a plan, open the order page in the user panel and check the plan name, data allowance and amount. Follow the checkout instructions to pay, then return to the order page to confirm the status.
Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the reset time shown in the user panel; it isn’t necessarily the start of the calendar month for every account. Before upgrading, review the change details shown in the panel.
Data packs are valid until used up and never expire; they don’t reset monthly. They suit users with an irregular schedule who want to use data as needed. “Never expires” refers to the data’s validity period: it doesn’t mean unlimited data or a monthly data top-up.
