Services and Scope

VPNRole provides a subscription service for cross-border network acceleration, connecting users to relevant network resources through international routes. It covers 90+ countries / 150+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel; available routes and configurations are as shown in the panel and client.

This service does not include accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party websites. Third-party platforms determine their own regional support, access conditions, and content availability. Using international routes does not grant eligibility to use those platforms or guarantee access to any specific website at all times.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users should keep their password and subscription details secure and avoid posting subscription URLs publicly. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change the password promptly and report the issue through a panel ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, but the service may only be used by the account holder on devices they manage. An unlimited device count does not permit reselling or renting out an account, sharing a subscription with others, or using it to provide commercial relay services to other users. Account holders are responsible for activity from devices they authorize.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their activities, as well as the rules of the platforms they access. The service must not be used for illegal activities, including cyberattacks, fraud, distributing malicious software, violating another person's privacy or intellectual property, or accessing another person's systems without authorization.

Users must not deliberately consume route resources, disrupt other users' connections, or evade the service's account and data management controls. Route selection and protocol settings should serve ordinary usage needs. Users are responsible for determining whether their specific access activities are lawful; this service does not provide legal advice.

Service Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Actual connection performance depends on the local network, device configuration, carrier routing, exit region, and third-party platform policies. Maintenance, route changes, upstream failures, or events beyond reasonable control may interrupt connections. The service does not guarantee a fixed speed or latency, or access to any particular platform at all times.

If an issue occurs, first check your configuration using the user guides, then submit a panel ticket. VPNRole will address the issue based on its circumstances. Users should keep their important data backed up and avoid relying on this service as their sole connection for critical business operations. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Refund Terms and How to Request One

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. Sign in to the user panel to submit a ticket, provide the relevant order details, and explain your refund request. A connection issue is not required as a reason.

Information needed to verify an order is used only to confirm the relationship between the applicant and the payment record. Do not submit your account password or subscription credentials. Refund progress will be communicated through the ticket. Processing times may vary by payment provider; these terms do not guarantee an unconfirmed payout timeframe. Account-use rules do not change the refund commitment above.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

In cases of unlawful use, resale or sharing, system attacks, or repeated service disruption, VPNRole may suspend relevant connections, restrict account functions, or terminate an account based on the risk involved. Protective measures may be taken first when urgent action is needed to limit harm. Users who disagree with a decision may explain their position and request a review through a ticket. Suspending or terminating an account does not remove any liability imposed by law.

When these terms change, this page and its last-updated date will be revised. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel, with details of how they apply. Changes will not retroactively diminish rights that have already lawfully accrued. See the Privacy Policy for information about personal data handling.
